help citing multiple articles by the same author?

Hello,

I'm so sorry, I've searched and searched but I haven't found the answer to this anywhere. How do you cite multiple works by the same author. For example, I want to have a citation like this (Scott 1995, 1996; Elden 2009).

    If you add the citations side by side,
    everything should be fine when Papers
    formats the document.

    Hi! Sorry, it didn't work. They just have it as two different authors.
    Please see attached screen shot. The citation has the two article by Scott
    next to each other, rather than as (Scott 1985, 2009).
