Dear Papers Group,

I added a website citation via this method:
However, when I cite it in my paper, it shows as [Anon, n.d.] in the text and "Anon (n.d.), California Department of Transportation. Available from: (Accessed 6 February 2015)" in the bibliography. Even though I can do the author and year suppression in the in text citation. I cannot delete the "Anon (n.d.)" in the bibliography.

How can I let Papers recognize the publisher of the website as the author? Or How I can delete the "Anon (n.d.)" in the bibliography? Could you please help me with that? Papers would be perfect after I figure this problem out!

Thanks a lot!

    Hey Mary -

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us. Unfortunately, you cannot manually edit citations while actively using Magic Citations. However, if you remove the formatting, you can manually make those changes.

To do this, head into Word - Edit - Clear - Clear Formatting.

Please be aware however that once you do this, you will no longer to able to use Magic Citations with that manuscript.

My apologies for the trouble, Mary.
